System SPD (Surat Perintah Dinas) is a digital system designed to streamline the business travel request and approval process. The system helps manage requests from submission and approval to finance processing and payment completion.

The business travel request process previously involved multiple steps and manual coordination between departments. This made it difficult to track request status, approval progress, and payment processing efficiently.

I developed a digital workflow to centralize the business travel request process. The system connects approval, Human Capital, Finance, and payment processes into a structured workflow, making each request easier to track and manage.
