System Purchase Request Form

A Purchase Request Management System developed to streamline the company's purchasing request process. The system provides a structured workflow for employees and departments to submit purchase requests, obtain approvals, and monitor the progress of each request.

The purchasing request process involved manual forms and communication between departments. This made it difficult to track request status, manage approvals, and maintain a centralized record of purchasing activities. There was also a risk of delays and inconsistent information during the process.

I developed a web-based Purchase Request Management System to digitize and centralize the purchasing request workflow. The system enables users to submit purchase requests electronically and allows authorized users to review, approve, and monitor requests based on the company's business process.

This approach reduced manual paperwork and provided better visibility into the purchasing process from request submission through approval.
