About the company
PT Rapid Infrastruktur Indonesia is a company operating in the EPC (Engineering Procurement Construction) industry based in the city of South Jakarta. This company has several problems, especially in the administration of submitting official travel documents (SPD).
The SPD Submission System is designed to make it easier for users to submit SPD applications, and this web application has several features as follows
- Create a submission form
- Submission limit is 3 times
- Multilevel approval (manager & HRD)
- Report on SPD submissions to increase the user’s SPD limit
Mockup
Before creating the RIISA website, I first carried out a mockup design first with the aim that the design and appearance of the website interface matched the desired request and the client agreed with the mockup design.
I tell them at the mockup stage to get the content and layout fixed. As a result, at this stage they did not ask for revisions, only made changes to a few drawings. And they had the drawings ready by the time the mockup was finished.
